Prison Homosexuality

For some gay men, the de-criminalisation of homosexuality would be viewed as a mixed blessing.

Naked Men - an illustrated guide

Of course, one of the advantages of homosexuality is that you should already have a working knowledge of your prospective partner's body - no need for a diagram to tell you what the various parts do. Having said that, if you are one of those fortunate souls lucky enough to look this good naked, you should bear in mind that not all male specimens are similarly endowed. (We just don't want you to set yourself up for a disappointment).

A Rough Guide to Being Gay

You're going to hell for it so you might as well get the best out of it. And you can forget about any notion of a reprieve. God sees everything, including what you do in the privacy of your own home. He's probably getting off on it in fact. Someone's got an eye for you!

Whether your in it for the long haul, or just a tourist you will find this presentation has answers to most of your questions. At very least you will learn the lingua franca. You might even find yourself talking like a gay by the end of it. Don't be surprised if your friends start finding you irritating though. That's just all part of being gay.

Hormones - they control everything we do

Melatonin is a naturally occurring hormone that is known to regulate sleep, as well as a range of bodily functions. It exerts a powerful antioxidant activity for example. Its potential for treating mood disorders, sexual dysfunction, cancer and drug addiction has been considered. It is primarily sought however as a cure for insomnia.

Melatonin is produced by the pineal gland, a small endocrine gland located in the centre of the brain. But while it occurs naturally in the human body, levels decrease as we get older. This leads some people to buy melatonin in dietary supplement form.

For some it is a kind of 'miracle drug'. It is regarded as particularly effective in treating sleep disorders and also possesses antioxidant properties. Because it occurs naturally it is not regarded as having seriously adverse side effects when administered properly. However persons seeking to buy melatonin would do well to seek expert professional advice first. Studies of its benefits and effectiveness as a treatment has shown results that tend to vary with each individual.

It is generally legal, in most countries, to buy melatonin - sometimes over the counter, in other cases only on prescription. If you do face local obstacles in obtaining it, you can always buy it online.
